Brown Butter Chili Crisp Gnocchi
Simple ingredients. Big result.

This one is AMAZING!
Some dishes don’t need more ingredients.
They need more intention.
This one starts with gnocchi—soft, familiar, easy to underestimate.
Then the butter goes further.
The chili crisp goes in.
And suddenly it’s something else entirely.

Remove from heat.
Add Parmesan and toss.
Season with black pepper.
Top with green onions.
Riley’s Note
The butter does most of the work here.
Give it time.
That deep, nutty flavor is what turns this from a quick dinner into something worth remembering.
